Silver Tanning 1 Year Membership
This is a 1 year agreement that can’t be canceled. Payment can be made in one lump sum (for a 3% discount) or taken from a credit card or checking account monthly on the 1st or 15th (whichever date comes next after membership starts). $35/month (with checking draft) or $40/month (with credit card draft) or lump sum of $407.40 by check or cash or $465.60 by credit card.
Silver Month to Month Membership
This is a month to month agreement that can be cancelled with 30 days written notice prior to the end date. $ 40/month (with checking draft) or $45/month (with credit card draft).
