Our Platinum Level Tanning gives you the UNLIMITED use of our HT 54 Tanning Bed, our HT 60 Tanning Bed and our VIP 42 Laydown Tanning Bed.
Platinum Tanning 1 Year Membership
This is a 1 year agreement that can’t be canceled. Payment can be made in one lump sum (for a 3% discount) or taken from a credit card or checking account monthly on the 1st or 15th (whichever date comes next after the membership starts). $55/month (with checking draft) or $60/month (with credit card draft) or lump sum of $640.20 by check or cash or $698.40 by credit card.
Platinum Month to Month Membership Agreement
This is a month to month agreement that can be cancelled with 30 days written notice prior to the end date. $ 65/month (with checking draft) or $70/month (with credit card draft).
